DETAILS OF SERVICES
The scope of services is initial consultation, unless we are instructed by you to provide further services and we accept those instructions in writing. Section 43 of the Code of Conduct, which regulates the conduct of registered migration agents, prohibits agents from providing immigration assistance to clients (unless this occurs during an initial consultation) without a signed service agreement in force.

The basis of the fees for the services is calculated as follows:
FIXED FEE
As per the Consultation type selected on the Consultation Booking Page.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
We require payment of the relevant professional fees in advance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
APPOINTMENT OF AGENT
The Client appoints and authorises the Agent(s) to perform the services described in this agreement.
CODE OF CONDUCT (CODE)
The Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021 (“Code”) is intended to regulate the conduct of registered migration agents and the Agent and Client agrees to comply with the Code.
CONSUMER GUIDE
Client can access the Consumer Guide on https://www.mara.gov.au/get-help-with-a-visa/help-from-registered-agents/steps-to-choose/consumer-guide. The Client agrees that the Agent has provided the Client with a copy of the Consumer Guide.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
The services to be provided under this agreement include the following:
(a) Preliminary advice regarding your potential migration or sponsorship options, based on the information that you provide.
(b) During the Consultation we will provide our professional opinion and advise in regards to potential migration options available to you based on your current circumstances and requirements.
(c) We will also provide a brief general information about the criteria, the process and rough estimate of the costs for the relevant visa or other immigration matter.
(b) If you are eligible for a visa program upon your request we can send you a brief summary of the potential migration options in writing with the estimate of our professional fee, third party fees, the list of services we offer, and any requirements your need to meet.
WHO WILL PERFORM THE WORK
All immigration assistance (Consultation & Advice) will be provided by the Responsible Agent listed in this agreement.
REFUNDS
The Consultation Fee is non-refundable, irrespective if we are able to identify a potential migration option for you or not.
The Consultation Fee is also non–refundable in case of No Show or you being late without prior sufficient notice.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information and documents that you provide before, during and after your initial consultation are kept confidential and secure, in accordance with our professional and legal obligations. Please note that we may record our consultation with you, to ensure that we have an accurate account of the information that you have provided, and the migration options we have discussed. Any such recording made will be stored in a confidential and secure manner, as required by law.
GOVERNING LAW
The law as applied in New South Wales; Australia governs this agreement.
